Every kid’s cubby is their fortress. The Scenic Heights Cubby House has various activities for children that will delight them for hours and hours, including a kitchen area and a sand pit. This cubby is also very comfortable inside with plenty of storage for toys and other accessories.

Max User Capacity
A maximum of 150 lbs. per child is recommended for play activities designed for individual use. A maximum of 120 lbs. per child is recommended for play activities designed for multiple child use. A maximum of 6 children is recommended for this unit.

Safety Precautions
On-site adult supervision is required. Place the equipment not less than 1.8 m from any structure or obstruction such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines, or electrical wires. Do not install home playground equipment over a hard surface to avoid serious injury to the equipment user.

This product comes partially assembled in a box with assembly instructions included.
